The work:
Lead Successful Projects

  • Manage and lead Root Client Services team(s) across multiple projects ensuring communication, integration, leverage, timely delivery, and team experience.

  • Monitor program profitability and sales/revenue trends.

  • Manage the Process like a Boss

  • Lead client engagements and ensures high-quality project execution and deliverables as measured by client satisfaction, timeline execution, project profitability, knowledge sharing, and Root team experience.

  • Manage and lead (or co-lead) Client Services and Creative team in development and deployment of solutions.

  • For the full range of engagement solutions, supervise and participate in all aspects of the process, including setting key outcomes, creation of product and services, and consultation on implementation.

Create Root Fanatics by Being a Client Fanatic

  • Create cohesion and alignment across multiple stakeholders through on-going communication and facilitation.

  • Develop rapport and trust with the client project sponsor and project manager. 

  • Proactively develop a network of relationships within a client organization and through these relationships, understands client needs and uncover opportunities.

Develops Rootsters

  • Model what excellence looks like for others.

  • Coach others through formal leadership roles (e.g., peer coach) and informal roles (project partner, intern mentor, etc.).

  • Invest in internal initiatives and projects that positively impact Root’s future trajectory.

Deliver Across Root’s Solution Set

  • Understand full range of available solutions 

  • Innovate to create, enhance, and/or expand solutions offerings for a specific topic area (e.g., Diversity, Equity & Inclusion; Customer Experience; Operational Excellence, etc.)

  • Demonstrate capability to deliver full range of solutions (either personally or by effectively tapping and engaging the right skills and resources at the right time) and is able to support in the tactical development of products and services as needed.


Here’s what you need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 2 to 4 years of relevant post-undergraduate work experience

Bonus points if you have:

  • An MBA or other relevant advanced degree (or will have attained by Aug/Sept 2022)

  • Completed a post-graduate internship working on strategy/change projects

  • Experience working in (or consulting to) healthcare payer/provider organizations

  • Project management and client management skills

  • Experience in learning strategy, change management, workforce strategy, leadership development, or human capital strategy

  • Excellent research and writing skills

  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and collaborative abilities

  • A demonstrated commitment to learning

  • Willingness to travel 30%–50% of the time (post-COVID)

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $90,288 - $167,600 and information regarding benefits may be found here.
