Accenture Products & Platforms Engineering Services professionals (PPES) design, implement and deploy the next generation of products for our clients. With strategic product management capabilities, we transform fortune 500 companies, modernizing and engineering advanced services across the enterprise.

You Are

A technology delivery lead that brings the latest innovation and technology ideas in order to plan, deliver, and execute one or more Technology projects and programs for Accenture or its clients. You continually work to ensure appropriate resources are mobilized and programs/projects/portfolios meet operational, contractual and economic commitments.

The Work

Deliver Leadership 

  • Recognize potential risks within a project and work with team/lead to mitigate

  • Mentor and develop team members, guiding them down their career paths

  • Help set goals and hold team members accountable to them

  • Help staff projects to leverage our team's skills, their passions, and their availability

  • Communicates expectations with executive leadership

  • Owns and is accountable for specific functions of the business

Proposal/Solution Development

  • Estimate backlogs based on conversations with potential and/or existing clients

  • Able to act as a team member on a project, regardless of the technology used

  • Lead projects when staffing is limited

  • Be the Service Delivery voice in the development of RFP responses

  • Participate as the technical voice for sales calls

Client Relationship Management

  • Observe interactions between team and client and provide feedback where necessary

  • Be available for clients to reach out to praise or complain about our team

Talent Management and Recruiting

  • Refer potential team members to the recruiting team

  • Active participant in the interview process

  • Take ownership of onboarding new team members

  • Recruit when necessary and be a spokesperson for the company

  • Able to answer any questions relating company, clients, people

  • Attend recruiting events when necessary

Strategic Business Planning

  • Participate in strategic planning meetings

  • Ideate and pitch to well-thought out ideas to leadership

  • Constantly watch for areas of improvement, specifically where standardized processes should be put in place

For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Qualifications

Here's what you need

  • Minimum of 10 years experience working with a diverse set of technologies, and a passion for learning new

  • Minimum of 7 years hands-on software development experience in .NET with C# ASP.NET MVC, Ajax, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular 2+, SQL Server, RESTful Web APIs, etc.

  • Minimum 5 years Software Consulting Experience

  • Minimum 5 years experience mentoring and coaching team members

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $159,516 - $263,400 and information on benefits offered is here.
