You are:
An experienced force for change and bring human centered practices to building the processes of tomorrow. You know that companies must change or be left behind, and you know how to help companies do that. You’ve got the skills, tools, and know-how to help companies remake themselves from top-to-bottom to be more nimble, more capable, and more productive. You have strong knowledge of business process and understanding of process maturity to improve client’s success. And you’re someone that people look to for advice and guidance. You’ve done this plenty of times and it shows in how you help people on your team do their best, so their clients get the best advice.
The work:
Help clients through the transformation process that will make their companies more capable
Help clients step into their future state by co-creating new business processes in an inclusive, collaborative way
Support the translation of strategic direction and business objectives established by clients into holistic change strategies enabled by future state processes
Experienced process designer with expertise across these areas including:
Evaluating and documenting client current state processes from a holistic perspective as well as at a detailed level
Facilitating and co-creating future state processes
Analyzing process for interdependencies and duplicity
Identifying pain points, root cause and driving prioritization
Supporting implementation and enabling activities
Training Materials
Process owner mapping and training
RACI development
Identify org design impacts and mitigation
Change management and communication impacts
Leverage aspects of various process methodologies such as:
Hammer
Six Sigma
Lean
Engagement, collaboration, and facilitation tools for both onsite and virtual engagements
Expert level experience with business process tools like Visio, LucidChart, Mural, ThinkTank and more
Help clients transform their companies into resilient organizations comfortable with an evolving business model and ambiguity
Help Accenture with business development including proposals and client relationships
Build our T&O practice by helping with market research, Points-of-View, capability development, thought capital, and knowledge management
Qualifications
Here’s what you need:
At least 5 years working as a consulting practitioner
At least 3 years of Business Process experience
A Bachelor’s Degree
Bonus points if:
At least 5 years’ experience working as a consultant on complex process-focused transformations
At least 5 years’ experience in 3 or more of the following areas:
Change Management
Meeting Facilitation
Team leadership
Coaching leaders through change
Design Thinking
Change Capability
Agile Change
You know everything there is to know about how to design, develop and roll out HR processes
Life Sciences Industry experience
As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $119,880 - $227,600 and information on benefits offered is here.
