We are looking for an innovative, forward-thinking, and highly skilled Senior Motion Designer to join our Accenture Song Creative Team. We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated, and inspirational candidate with solid visual design capabilities and a comprehensive understanding of how brands can express themselves across a brand ecosystem anchored on driving customer experience. At Accenture Song you will concept and design solutions as part of an interdisciplinary agency team to include: art directors, creative directors, strategy, developers/ technologists, user experience designers, content strategists, writers, and studio production specialists.
YOUR ROLE: Senior Motion Designer
While there will never be a typical day at Accenture Song, we’ve highlighted a few of your exciting responsibilities
Works under the direction of Creative Directors, owns concepts and solutions that solve an array of creative challenges while maintaining or developing optimal design workflow
Oversees/and or is hand-on in the creation of visual designs, motion graphics, typography, logos, icons and more and applies design principles such as color, typography, photographic selection, organizing elements and usability
Concepts and designs to deliver solutions that are on brief, on brand and leverage brand style guides, strategic principles and templates
Develops motion content for social, email, OLV, other digital and brand channels
Prepares flawless deliverables for handoff to developers, producers and clients.
Presents and defends solutions to other creatives, account leaders and clients
Thrives on interdisciplinary collaboration with copywriters, art directors, project managers
Communicates with clients and internal teams in an effective and professional manner.
Leads, mentors, tasks, directs and contributes to the growth of more junior designers
YOUR EXPERIENCE: Basic Qualifications
Minimum 5 years work experience in an agency environment
A portfolio that demonstrates a minimum 4 years compelling concepts, design and interactive experiences, strong conceptual thinking, a track record of diverse experiences, and a modern aesthetic sensibility
Minimum 4 years experience with After Effects, Illustration, video editing software, Adobe Creative Suite
Minimum 3 years in cross-channel content creation with understanding of specific channel requirements
SET YOURSELF APART: Preferred Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Digital Media or related field, or equivalent training and/or experience
Strong understanding of kinetic typography and other motion graphics principles and trends
Proficient in Sketch and Figma
Highly skilled and proficient in e-commerce design
Excellent presentation skills and acts as client-facing representative for presentations
Participates in new business initiatives
Directs, motivates, and inspires project teams

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $90,288 - $167,600 and information on benefits offered.
