You are:

A Program Management Office Specialist who will report to the Security & Intelligence Directorate PMO Chief.

The work:

  • Prepare and manage S&ID budgets, analyze trends, forecast headcounts, prepare comparative evaluation of actual costs against budgeted funds, and determine rationale for variances between costs and budgets

  • Assist with corporate policy creation and revisions

  • Assist with the administration of the AFS Visitation program for interactions between AFS and Accenture, including reviewing and approving Visit Requests, monitoring the Visitation mailbox, and communicating with non-compliant employees

  • Assist with S&ID PMO process improvements including: enhance communication efforts across S&ID, prepare presentations for Leadership, and support S&ID wide meetings and events

  • Manage roll on/roll off activities (i.e., communication emails, access rights, organization charts, welcome packets, and time reporting updates)

  • Prepare and distribute S&ID wide communications (i.e., monthly newsletter) and maintain S&ID distribution lists



Qualifications

Here's what you need:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

  • 2 years of Finance/Budgeting experience

  • Excellent Excel skills to include complex formulas and spreadsheet building or validation

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Access, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint 

  • Strong project management/organizational skills, including attention to detail

Other required skills:

  • Strong technical writing skills, including experience in writing corporate policies

Bonus points if you have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree

  • 5 years of experience in Accenture Federal Services

  • Experience using CostPoint application

  • Demonstrated experience in writing and presentation skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with overlapping time constraints

  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment as well as working independently

  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $88,300 - $123,599 and information on benefits offered is here.
