As a Business Operations Associate, you will utilize existing core business experience to perform client operations, including processing, review, and documentation. You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work led by a direct and supportive lead. Additionally, you will foster the candidate experience in a professional setting, which will allow you to be successful in multiple areas of work. You will use your problem-solving skills to continuously deliver value to our clients, while making a larger impact on society.
Day-to-day responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Analyze and solve lower complexity problems with a focus on quality and timely completion of project deliverables
- Own tasks end to end until they are assigned to a specialist or lead
- Discern issues, identify solutions, and promptly and concisely communicate all relevant items to Accenture teammates and leads
- Investigate and prioritize issues, escalating to a specialist or lead when appropriate for further troubleshooting or tier 2 resolution
- Collaborate with peers within in Accenture
- Mentor team members and own product support areas Use troubleshooting techniques and provide clear concise information
This is a remote role with local requirement within the area of Austin, TX . Depending on client needs, 75% travel may be required (local and non-local). This role requires a distinct level of professionalism. Relocation assistance is not provided.
Hours & Shifts
The role requires a degree of flexibility regarding shift requirements. Incumbents will need to have the ability to work 5 out of 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays, rotating shifts within the EST – PST time zones, based on client needs.
Individuals are provided paid training.
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year professional experience in core business processes such as F&A, Supply Chain, Healthcare, and Customer Service
- Bachelor’s degree or Associate Degree
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and other standard systems
- Aptitude to support complex products
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for ensuring a world class user support experience
- Quicker learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail, results-oriented, self-directed, and inquisitive
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently while managing multiple projects, assignments and/or responsibilities
As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is 19.62 – 21.50 per hour and information on benefits is here .
