We are looking for an innovative, forward-thinking, and highly skilled Senior Digital Designer to join our Accenture Song team. We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated, and inspirational candidate with solid visual design capabilities and a comprehensive understanding of how brand can express themselves across a brand ecosystem anchored on driving customer experience. At Accenture Song you will design solutions as part of an interdisciplinary agency team to include strategy, developers/ technologists, user experience designers, content strategists, writers and studio production specialists.
YOUR ROLE: Senior Digital Designer
While there will never be a typical day at Accenture Song, we’ve highlighted a few of your exciting responsibilities.
Works under the direction of Creative Directors, owns solutions that solve an array of design problems
Create digital design systems, style guides, and component libraries
Build PowerPoint (or other) decks to present work
Help concept design approach in terms of fundamentals (typography, composition, color theory, layout, balance, etc.) and universal interaction principles.
Proven graphic design experience for social media and print campaign client work
Concepts and designs to deliver solutions that are on brief, on brand and leverage brand style guides, strategic principles, and templates
Thrives on interdisciplinary collaboration with graphic designers, copywriters, art directors, project managers, content strategists
Communicates with internal teams in an effective and professional manner
Participate in brainstorming sessions with the team and promotes team alignment
Research graphics trends to apply creative concepts strategically
YOUR EXPERIENCE: Basic Qualifications
At least 5 years work experience in an advertising agency environment
A portfolio that demonstrates at least 5 years of compelling design and interactive experiences, strong conceptual thinking, a track record of diverse experiences, and a refined aesthetic sensibility
Minimum 3 years with skills in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator primarily for web, mobile, print etc. plus knowledge of Sketch, Adobe XD and/or Figma with strong written and verbal communication skills
SET YOURSELF APART: Preferred Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Digital Media or related field, or equivalent training and/or experience
Exceptional understanding of design systems principles
Knowledge of how to develop brand identities through multi-channel marketing.
Experience with prototyping
Highly skilled and proficient at service and e-commerce design
Excellent presentation skills and acts as client-facing representative for presentation
Participates in new business initiatives

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $56,484 - $129,800 and information on benefits offered.
