You are:
An IT Program Management Specialist who will be a part of our AFS Sales' Proposal Resource center (PRC). You will enhance the current offering, stand up new Cloud solutions, and secure our growing infrastructure across PRC and AFS Sales.

The work:

  • Work in a fast-paced agile environment solving complex Identity and Access issues across multiple cloud-based workloads

  • Work closely with multiple services teams across AFS, building and cultivating relationships with the right stakeholders to perform mission-critical tasks in a timely fashion

  • Facilitate discussions with key stakeholders both within AFS and externally, and with support teams, to perform Incident Response and management

  • Work closely with Enablement teams and Service Desk to securely onboard third party users into AFS environment

  • Perform data aggregation using scripting tools such as Python and PowerShell

  • Design process to proactively monitor our infrastructure for risks, including an automated solution for alerting

  • Participate in daily and weekly stand-up calls to brief the Security lead on critical operational tasks

  • Report to Sales Technology and Security Lead on ongoing sprints, operations and Security risks, and prepare dashboards to collate security and technical metrics from various systems and cloud instances

  • Collaborate with Content and Research teams to create future-proofed reusable tools and products for sharing best practices at AFS level

  • Occasionally provide back-up assistance with finding reusable content for proposal teams

  • This position can work remotely but you must live within 90 miles of Arlington, VA or San Antonio, TX and be physically in the office on an as-needed basis



Here's what you need:

  • U.S. Citizenship required

  • Bachelor's degree

  • One or more industry-relevant certification (Network+, Security+, Azure fundamentals, Splunk, CEH.)

  • 3 years hands-on Identity and Access Management (IAM) 

  • 3 years Office 365, Power platform automation experience

  • 1 year Python, PowerShell or other Microsoft-friendly scripting experience 

  • 1 year experience working with CMMC and/or NIST standards

Other required skills:

  • Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Share Point, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and be a self-starter who takes ownership

Bonus points if you have:

  • 1 year experience working with FedRAMP

  • Experience with Elastic

  • Hands-on working experience with large sets of data with the ability to turn it into an actionable dashboard

  • Scripting experience with Bash, Cloud-based automation, Power BI dashboarding, and analytics

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and ServiceNow

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $71,600-$100,299 and information on benefits offered is here.
