People in the Corporate Function contribute to the running of Accenture as a high- performance business through specialization within a specific functional area, and grow into internally focused roles by deepening their skills and/or developing new skills within an internal functional area.
Workplace Management and Solutions professionals provide space and service support solutions for all Accenture people and businesses globally, running Accenture’s workplace as a robust business function leveraging Accenture’s business and technology strategies.
The Atlanta Office is in the heart of Midtown Atlanta. It is a place where clients co-create, collaborate and learn with our Accenture teams. We are seeking a strategic problem-solver with amazing customer service and hospitality skills. The role will provide office operation services and white-glove customer support (client welcome experience, meeting preparation and event productions).
The Atlanta Corporate Location Lead is accountable for the management and workplace operations of the office. This includes hospitality and customers service, client welcome experience, employee events, catering and meeting/event productions. This role is responsible for: space utilization management, as well as facility and building management services such as life safety functions, asset management, engineering, building and maintenance services, cleaning, mail delivery and logistics. This role will work closely with the Atlanta Metro Lead and the office executives to execute their strategic direction and vision for the offices as it pertains to internal and external stakeholders and ensure that we exceed customer experience expectations.
Following are the key responsibilities of the role:
Oversee Accenture’s Workplace Solutions operations across Accenture business entities within the areas of responsibility.
Plan and manage daily office operations and delivery services, ensuring operational compliance to policies, budgets and guidelines and review performance against business objectives and our customer and hospitality experience.
Set, drive and enforce policies and service standards, ensuring appropriate corporate control and local business relevance.
Plan, manage and account for Workplace Service Delivery, daily office operations and operating budgets within the areas of responsibility.
Design and implement programs/processes to deliver performance improvements to, existing operating models, technologies and business applications to continually support Accenture’s Workplace Solutions Strategy.
Manage key relationships between Workplace Solutions and internal leadership, stakeholders, other customers, groups, and vendors and landlords.
Provide leadership, direction, development and supervision of team and provide support of and input to human resources processes including career development, training development, salary reviews, recruitment processes and performance management.
Accountable for the oversight and implementation of reception services, facility management, life safety policies and procedures. Also responsible for space management, event coordination, document services, floor operations support, space utilization management, billing/invoicing and additional location services.
Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure service standards are being met.

High School diploma/GED
Minimum 1 year of facilities management and/or building maintenance experience
Minimum 1 year hospitality experience
Knowledge of building systems, painting, plumbing, repairs and fire detections
Experience independently completing a wide range of Workplace Solutions Customer Service activities such as workspace setup, AV support, floor operations support, space utilization management or other location services
Experience managing the delivery of space renovation projects
Ability to manage relationships with internal leaders
Excellent customer service skills
Willingness and aptitude to learn new skills
Good oral and written communication skills
Good organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills

As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $56,484 - $129,800 and information on benefits offered is here.
