People in the Corporate Function contribute to the running of Accenture as a high- performance business through specialization within a specific functional area, and grow into internally focused roles by deepening their skills and/or developing new skills within an internal functional area.
Workplace Management and Solutions professionals provide space and service support solutions for all Accenture people and businesses globally, running Accenture’s workplace as a robust business function leveraging Accenture’s business and technology strategies.
The Workplace Business Operations Supervisor is accountable for the delivery of a suite of Workplace Services on site at the Accenture LLP New York City location. This role will have an emphasis on Executive Support Services but will also include supporting customer facing activities within Office Services such as audio-visual, catering, reception services, space utilization management, as well as facility and building management. The Workplace Business Operations Supervisor will oversee the related people team and business partner relationships. The Workplace Business Operations Supervisor will view all aspects of workplace operations through a hospitality lens; offering continuous white glove service and creating an exceptional experience for our team and our guests within a global, industry-leading corporation.

Work as a business partner with other Workplace Operation Leads, assisting in all areas of Office Services
Comfortable assisting with any workplace position and showcasing a willingness to help wherever needed
Set strategic direction and vision for Executives Support Services within the New York metro location.
Provide leadership, direction, development and employee supervision for Executive Support Analysts (including succession planning and people development strategy).
Define performance metrics and monitor performance against the strategy and revise/update strategies as appropriate.
Use judgment to anticipate customer service needs, resolve non-routine issues and take action accordingly.
Design and manage new or changes to, existing operating models, technologies and business applications to continually support Accenture's Workplace Solutions strategy.
Review strategic service model options as appropriate.
Influence relevant leadership and/or stakeholders to take action in line with the strategic direction of Workplace Solutions.
Account for the integrity of key human resources processes including career development, salary reviews, recruitment processes and performance management
This role will require you to work in the office.
Minimum of 5 yrs of experience in a hospitality and customer service role
Experience leading a team
Experience with performance management and developing talent
Comfortable with a highly visible customer facing role
Passionate about hospitality
Critical thinking skills
Demonstrated problem solving skills
Ability to take ownership and make decisions independent of customer involvement (proactive)
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $56,484 - $129,800 and information on benefits offered is here.
