About the Role:

  • Provide consultation and coaching to our clients, both our HR partners as well as their growth leaders, on talent and organizational opportunities that contribute to the success of in business start-ups.

  • Create and execute recruiting, talent development and accountability approaches that support innovative growth strategies.

  • Partner with our client’s recruitment teams to identify and recruit disruptive, entrepreneurial talent (referred to as cofounders).

  • Manage the development of the entrepreneurial talent, including planning and coordinating onboarding, recommending training needs, ensuring required training is timely provided, and maintaining training records.

  • Lead a highly customized and totally unique performance evaluation process to ensure effective development of individual learning journeys and reviews with each cofounder.

  • Partner with our clients to create thoughtful and meaningful career opportunities for entrepreneurs within their organization.

  • Research industry best practices and market trends in venture capital, start up and growth portfolio compensation and make recommendations in support of the people strategy.

  • Co-create with clients to define their HR growth transformation journeys to a “question based” enterprise.

  • Serve as the face of Bionic HR to our clients, ensure world-class customer experiences by cultivating strong relationships and delivering easy-to-understand solutions.



Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: 
  • 5+ years of deep HR generalist experience with a solid foundation in HR disciplines and best practices
  • 1+ year of experience in entrepreneurship, start up, new business ventures, or corporate innovation/incubation

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Expertise in, or understanding of organizational transformation
  • Experienced client facing or HRBP roles
  • Passionate about solving customers’ problems, motivated to understand, advise, and co-create HR growth transformation journeys with our clients.
  • Excited about driving change, building new ways of working and disrupting existing approaches
  • You will have an innovative, entrepreneurial approach to enable the growth and evolution of the organization.
  • You love building relationships with clients and going the extra mile for them
  • You’re organized, sincere, empathetic, and proactive, adaptable and comfortable with change (things move fast and are uncertain!)
  • Demonstrate a collaborative leadership working style with clients and team members

As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $97,632 - $134,700.
