About the Role:

As a VP, Partner, you will be responsible for driving client partnerships and thought leadership of our Growth OS programs within Fortune 500 enterprises. Working closely with our clients and the internal team, you will drive the development of their growth capabilities, manage revenue and profitability targets, resolve individual and organizational hurdles to our impact, and develop deep, trusted relationships with our clients. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and lead the strategic thinking around configuring and installing the Growth OS at clients

  • Discover how to best evolve mindsets and behavior in support of new growth initiatives

  • Clearly define milestones, manage project outcomes, identify and remove challenges that limit impact, and drive commercial transactions in order to meet SOW commitments

  • Be a trusted thought partner with enterprise leaders at varying levels (Directors, Senior Directors, VPs, SVPs, C-suite, etc.), applying critical decision-making, creative problem-solving and action-oriented collaboration

  • Partner with our Venture Partner team to ensure growth initiatives, revenue, and margin targets are met and on track

  • Possess the ability to spot, upsell, and negotiate account growth opportunities within a commercial context

  • Coordinate and prioritize internal resources efficiently to ensure that deliverables are well-outlined, insightful, and flawlessly executed

  • Be an expert on the Growth OS, with a knack for effectively articulating our brand, content, and product methodology in an easily understood, accessible way

  • Capture all partner wins and learnings, and message to the broader team



Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years’ experience of strategic client relationship management or consultative sales working with Fortune 500 enterprise clients
  • 3+ years’ experience with management consulting or strategy/innovation agency frameworks
  • 3+ years' experience helping redefine an organization’s capabilities with an eye towards achieving growth outcomes in an entrepreneurship, start up, new business ventures, or corporate innovation/incubation environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding and intuition around commercial businesses with a proven track record of managing a multi-million dollar book of business with set financial targets
  • Extraordinary written/verbal communication skills and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership presence with a high EQ and an ability to build high-value, meaningful relationships at any level

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $110,379-$196,600 and information on benefits offered is here.
