Operations is one of four services that make up one Accenture –the others are Strategy and Consulting, Interactive and Technology. Within Operations, we are growing our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team. Our transformational approach to sales brings clients the right combination of expert technical sellers and innovative technology, powered by data and insights. 

Role Tasks

This role will contribute to RFPs & meetings; conduct account planning research (w/ PM). This role will also create media plans and campaign strategy (use internal tools / data to determine opportunity size, flighting, targeting, budget allocation, etc.), align partner objectives to appropriate best practices & measurement strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • SFDC pipeline creation/management for upsell, same-store opportunities

  • Campaign setup & program definition:

  • Prepare for and run campaign kick-off calls

  • Manage creative asset collection, own creative review and approval

  • Create bulk sheets

  • Generate keyword lists

  • Coordinate measurement studies (work with measurement team to manage setup) and package / communicate results to client

  • Pacing & delivery:

  • Responsible for 100% delivery

  • Maintain the custom schedule

  • Seek Deal Review approval for make goods ≥$25K

  • Performance & reporting:

  • Manage performance and deliver on partner goals

  • Test optimization strategies and surface recommendations 1

  • Deliver weekly reporting & end of campaign reports, contribute to QBRs

  • Identify and pitch scale, upsell, reactivation opportunities based on performance

  • Analyze and deliver measurement study results

  • Troubleshoot performance issues, bugs and file support tickets



Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in account management

  • This role will require the selected candidate live within a 90-minute commute to the Atlanta, GA office.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, and/or digital sales industry preferred.

  • Experience in search, display, customer data, & ads measurement

  • Analytical skills for purposes of optimizing & upselling media campaigns based on media math across paid media, owned media, and earned media

  • Existing relationships with business & marketing leaders within client or agency organizations is a plus

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and collaboration skills

As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $52,300  - $106,500 and information on benefits is here .
