You are: 

A big-picture engineering and construction industry advisor and innovator with expertise in new ways of working and the digital solutions that can help clients improve their capital projects. You’re a wizard with capital projects solutions and when it comes to sharing ideas with the C-suite. And you’re a team player with an eye to the future, a finger on the pulse of industry trends, and the know-how to help clients transform their capital projects. 


The Work: 

  • Help clients understand how to transform their companies by giving them information on key industry challenges and trends  

  • Analyze clients' strategy, operating vision, business needs and capabilities  

  • Show clients how new ways of working and digital technologies can transform capital projects in ways that benefit the business

  • Help clients hit their targets by using capital project solutions across the entire project lifecycle to design changes to the organization, its processes or practices 

  • Facilitate new commercial model approaches to drive collaborative project planning and execution

  • Use new or current technology to help clients complete capital projects



Qualifications

 Here’s what you need: 

  • A Bachelor’s Degree   

  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience helping clients improve their outcomes from capital project investments

  • Strong track record of transforming clients’ capital project capabilities with operating model changes and digital solutions

  • Experience in at least 2 of: 

    • Discrete Manufacturing and Industrial Automation such as automotive

    • Logistics and Transportation 

    • Utilities

    • Infrastructure

    • Industries including Energy / Oil and Gas, Pharmaceutical / Medical, High Tech / Media / Electronics / Internet / Semiconductor  

  • Know-how in one or more technology sets including: PPM, BIM/VDC, PLM, Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) platforms, Manufacturing IT Systems integration 

Bonus points if: 

  • You have industry certifications such as PMP, AACE, CCC/CCE, CCM, AWP, Six Sigma, EVM, AIA, QS, PE, Agile (PMI-ACP, ICP, CSM, PSM) or related technology certifications

  • You’re as good with people as you are with engineering and project solutions  

  • You’re comfortable communicating with the C-suite  

  • Visiting clients for meetings and workshops is a breeze 

  • You’re happy developing solutions with clients and partners  

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is 176,800-,000 - 220,099
