The Work

  • Manage customer deployments and integration of MDR Services

  • Validate technical solution plans

  • Provide and explain technical guides, documentation and solutions to clients

  • Develop and validate implementation schedules, resource planning and status reports

  • Conduct client reviews to identify and address issues or roadblocks with onboarding

  • Lead onboarding client meetings and communication to ensure ownership and completion of key deliverables

  • Effectively manage tasks and deliverables based on business needs and available internal engineering resources

  • Strong time management skills

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Ability to communicate clearly at all levels, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to train and mentor others

  • Adaptability to accept change

    For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

    Qualifications

    Here’s What You Need

    • Minimum of 4 years experience of demonstrated system and network experience, specific security infrastructure device knowledge (Firewalls, IDS, SIEM, etc) preferred.IT systems, Network and Security Device support experience is required

    • Minimum of 4 years technical understanding of a Managed Security Service or SIEM solution

    • Minimum of 4 years Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, support

    • Minimum of 4 years experience in a SOC operations with customer-facing responsibilities

    • Minimum of 4 years hands-on experience in SIEM, threat hunting tools and EDR products

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

     

     

    As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is 123k to 183k and information on benefits offered is here.
