A growth focused Infrastructure as Code (IaC) or automation professional who has successfully lead implementation of IaC frameworks and development of automation to provision and manage infrastructure on-prem and/or in public cloud. You are able to:
Perform assessments of the infrastructure provisioning and management processes and procedures to determine viability for automation
Develop roadmaps and business cases for orchestration and automation capabilities
Plan and execute deep dive investigations to fully design the individual automations required to satisfy customer requirements
Prepare executive and detailed presentations to the client leadership and other stakeholders
Develop, Document, and Present End-to-End automation models under a defined IaC framework to satisfy customer requirements
Implement IaC Framework tools and configurations for interaction within a customer’s infrastructure
Lead automation and orchestration development teams, onshore and offshore, on projects for medium and large enterprise clients
Assess developed automation and orchestration code/scripts/pipelines and review for quality and code compliance
Design and execute test plans for automation and gain customer acceptance of requirement satisfaction
Establish and maintain relationship with key client stakeholders
Lead Project Management activities including planning, scheduling, RAID management, vendor management and financial management
Engage in Pre-Sales activities including client presentation on Accenture offerings, solutions, prepare response to RFP’s, manage internal processes for Opportunity pursuit, develop SoWs in consultation with client, internal teams and drive the pursuit to closure

What You'll Need:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in automation solutions architecture, engineering, implementation, integrations and operations
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with cloud based infrastructures (AWS & Azure)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 6 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 10 years work experience.
Experience with Ansible, Terraform, GIT, Jenkins, Azure DevOps (ADO) pipelines or similar tools
Bonus Points if You Have:
Experience with securing infrastructure components (e.g. server hardening)
Professional Skill Requirements:
Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
Proven ability to lead teams and develop network engineers
Proven analytical, problem solving, organizational and time management skills.
Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $152,700 - $227,600 and information on benefits offered is here. #LI-Hybrid
