A strong Veeva Vault Technical Architect with strong leadership skills and a talent for shepherding projects along in a timely and efficient manner so that companies can do more. Communication and relationship-building skills? You have both in spades and you use them to identify requirements, craft solutions, and get clients to green light proposals. You’re not daunted by complex problems, thanks to your next-level analytical, organizational, and time-management skills, and you are great at bringing out the best in team members.
Collaborate with the functional team to figure out the best way to implement a solution (which could involve decisions around configuration, API, SDK, etc.)
Handle technical issues brought to you by less experienced teams
Serve as the technical authority on the Veeva Vault platform, security, integration, data migration, and other solution components
Lead team members and performance through regular one-on-one meetings, periodic feedback, annual reviews, etc.
Help with sales initiatives from providing leads through scope/SOW, solution, and developing price estimates
Mentor the Veeva practice team members and take on leadership roles to expand the capabilities of the practice
For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only. When/iftravel resumes, travel for this role is expected to be 50% or less.

Here’s What You Need
At least 3 years’ experience implementing Veeva Vault solutions, configuration, integrations, and developing and implementing data migrations AND creating the technical architecture for complex Veeva Vault implementations
At least 5 years’ experience working in the Life Science R&D industry – can be in any of the following areas: Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, or Safety
A demonstrated ability in technology implementation for full life cycle enterprise software projects (5 years, minimum)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If you have an Associate’s Degree, you must have at least 6 years work experience)
Bonus Points If
You know everything there is to know about Cloud Computing solutions – cloud computing strategy, systems design, implementation, and management
You have experience collaborating with medium to large firms that consult on cloud computing issues (storage, SaaS, multi-tenant computing, large-scale computing environments, etc.)
You have confirmed knowledge of XML, SQL, HTTP/HTTPS, and EAI processes
You are familiar with multiple implementation standards and methodologies
You are up to speed on programming languages – JAVA
You have Veeva Vault admin and other certifications
As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $125,00- $207,399 and information on benefits offered is here.
