The work:

Managing environmental, social and governance challenges in a digital world creates new business priorities. Leaders must run resource-efficient supply chains and connect with customers more effectively than ever before. Navigating these and other complex sustainability issues can be a daunting challenge – and Accenture Sustainability Services helps by architecting value and operating model architecture skills, influence through insight and partner with our clients to make bold decisions on priority issues. Provide deep understanding of our clients’ industry landscape and business options in the context of global, economic, technology and social trends.

Qualifications

Here’s what you will need:
•    Minimum of 5 years professional experience connected to sustainable topics of which a minimum of 3 years in consulting type of work in roles.
•    Minimum 5 years of experience with the application of recognized sustainability frameworks and structured problem-solving techniques
•    Minimum of 5 years of experience with quantitative analysis and business case development
•    Minimum of 5 years of experience with qualitative analysis, research and stakeholder engagement
•    Bachelor’s Degree in business or engineering related discipline or equivalent experience

Bonus Points If:
•    You improvise and adapt to lead clients and teams through change and ambiguity
•    You’ve gained the trust of you clients and partnered with them to:  design business process, lead design thinking workshops, develop business cases, deliver agile projects, and develop new operating models
•    Comfortable leading presentations and facilitating workshops and large audiences
•    Experienced in relationship building at all levels, including with board members and c suite executives
•    Leadership of diverse teams in complex and ambiguous strategy engagements
•    Staff development and mentoring
•    Master’s Degree or PhD preferred  

As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $223,600 to $285,399 and information on benefits offered is here.
