People in the Corporate Function contribute to the running of Accenture as a high- performance business through specialization within a specific functional area, and grow into internally focused roles by deepening their skills and/or developing new skills within an internal functional area.
Human Resources professionals develop and execute HR strategies, programs and services across one or more parts of the employee lifecycle to attract, develop and retain a highly engaged and differentiated workforce that enables the execution of human capital and business strategies.
First point of contact for Market Unit Leadership teams for all I&D related topics
Provide Market Unit and local leadership teams with overall I&D strategic direction
In collaboration with Market Unit leadership teams, help define, implement, track and measure market unit and local I&D plans in alignment with NA I&D strategy and priorities.
Advise and develop plans/business case for new strategic interventions within the market unit
Serve as escalation point for market unit I&D related Employee Relations escalations
Build and maintain a positive trust based relationship with market unit and local leadership teams and be seen as a key advisor for all I&D related items. Provide coaching and support to leaders to drive vigilance in achieving market unit I&D outcomes
Develop meaningful connections with key external organizations
Closely monitor progress against headcount mix goals and provide guidance and suggestions for improvement as needed
Maintain close working relationship with Core I&D team to ensure alignment with overall NA I&D goals and priorities
Identify I&D knowledge gaps across market unit and make recommendations to close gaps
Support implementation and roll out of I&D talent development programs across the market unit
Develop best practices which can be shared across other market unit as needed
Drive or support market unit focus groups, town hall discussions to ensure a continuous feedback loop from employees (across all diversity segments) in the market unit
Leverage key findings and analytics to advise, develop and execute people programs which support the retention of our people
Support and advise market unit performance achievement and succession planning efforts
Participate in and provide input and recommendations during market unit pipeline management activities to ensure a focused interventions and support to drive advancement of I&D segments
Attend in person I&D events in your local office, community, and market unit (approximately 20% in person)
Minimum of 7 years of Human Resources functional experience or Talent Management experience at Accenture or at a similar global organization
Demonstrated knowledge in a range of HR capabilities such as: recruiting, onboarding, staffing, engagement, learning and talent development, talent and performance management, inclusion and diversity, compensation and HR operations
Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $110,376 - $235,200 and information on benefits offered is here.
