Operations is one of four services that make up one Accenture –the others are Strategy and Consulting, Interactive and Technology. Within Operations, we are growing our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team. Our transformational approach to sales brings clients the right combination of expert technical sellers and innovative technology, powered by data and insights.
The Sales Development Representative key essentials include:
Engaging with customers in a consultative approach
Endless curiosity in digital product markets
Understanding that closing B2B deals starts with accurately qualifying the BANT Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline
Wisdom to respect the importance of every phone call
Competence in learning and discussing Artificial Intelligence, Virtual Reality, Internet of Things, Software as a Service, Enterprise Resource Planning and Cloud based solutions
Big picture thinking fueling perseverance through follow up calls, leaving voice mails, coordinating appointments, presenting metrics
Integrity of intel reported daily into CRM and of email correspondence sent on behalf of our clients
Coordinating successful go to market services for business owners client stakeholders
Minimum of 6 months experience in sales, customer service, sales training, or sales internship
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
Prior digital ad sales and marketing experience
Tools/Systems – Fluency with basic productivity tools (Outlook, O365,Web Conferencing tools) and experience using CRM systems, experience using prospecting tools (Zoominfo, Techtarget, etc.)
As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $34,700 - $60,000 and information on benefits is here .
