People in the Corporate Function contribute to the running of Accenture as a high- performance business through specialization within a specific functional area, and grow into internally focused roles by deepening their skills and/or developing new skills within an internal functional area.
Workplace Management and Solutions professionals provide space and service support solutions for all Accenture people and businesses globally, running Accenture’s workplace as a robust business function leveraging Accenture’s business and technology strategies.
Provide location support for the team and office, and executive support to various executives with complex organizational responsibilities. Independently complete assigned non-routine tasks to meet goals and work effectively in a team environment. Serve as the primary support for office, and act as a liaison between the executives and their organization.
Be a Hospitality-minded and Executive support business partner for Accenture customers, executives and by provide administrative support, including but not limited to:
Independently complete a wide range of Workplace Solutions customer experience activities such as workspace set-up, A/V and collaboration tool support, food and beverage, welcome and arrivals hospitality experience, floor operations support, or space utilization management
Support the planning and execution of on-site meeting and events curating client and customer experiences that are detailed, high touch and high impact.
Make process improvement suggestions and implement appropriate change to ensure continued seamless office experiences for all.
Support life safety functions including digital badge process, audit reports, audit cycles and general C-Cure administration.
Assist with integration efforts for local acquisition groups.
Manage invoicing and accounts payable process including resolving billing issues with vendor and escalating issues as needed
Manage vendor relationships and administer NDAs.
Prepare and analyze workplace data reports.
Support change management efforts around driving new customer behaviors as well as customer experiences.
Identify new ways to add value proactively, taking on new tasks to help the location team to be more productive.
Act as the liaison/representative of the executive(s)
Develop deep understanding of executive(s)' line of business, clients, and team.
Develop relationships with executives’ clients and their Executive Support members.
Identifying new ways to add value & proactively take on new tasks to help the executive be more productive.
Managing complex calendars, coordination of appointments, meetings & travel, as well as extensive rescheduling.
Anticipate travel needs, independently coordinating complex travel arrangements, both domestic & international.
Keep current and be knowledgeable on Accenture’s tools and technology, recommend and educate executives to support Accenture’s overall strategy.
Arranging/coordinating on-site & off-site meetings.
May handling time/expense reporting for executives.
Draft & edit correspondence/documents on executive's behalf.
Researching, pulling reports & analyzing data.

Minimum of 5 years of Executive Assistant or business experience
Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (excel, power point, word).
Focused meeting and events skills including event requirements, planning, communication, and event execution ensuring that all elements of the event are managed to the highest possible outcomes.
Knowledge on how to pull reports & analyzing data.
Good aptitude for technology with strong working knowledge of collaboration tools and workplace tools, including EMS, Census, ServiceNow, etc.
Proficient at managing complex calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, as well as extensive rescheduling.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong relationship building skills.
Ability to anticipate the needs of your customers (asked or unasked).
Proactively act on any customer requests keeping them informed of your progress.
Excellent organizational, multitasking and time management skills.
Ability to communicate and work with all level of customers.
Ability to help train, coach and mentor other team members.
Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian

As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $38,988 - $88,500 and information on benefits offered is here.
