People in the Corporate Function contribute to the running of Accenture as a high- performance business through specialization within a specific functional area, and grow into internally focused roles by deepening their skills and/or developing new skills within an internal functional area.

Workplace Management and Solutions professionals provide space and service support solutions for all Accenture people and businesses globally, running Accenture’s workplace as a robust business function leveraging Accenture’s business and technology strategies.

Job Description

Provide location support for the team and office. Independently complete assigned non-routine tasks to meet goals and work effectively in a team environment. Serve as the primary support for office, and act as a liaison between the executives and their organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Be a Hospitality-minded business partner for Accenture customers, executives and by provide administrative support, including but not limited to:

  • Independently complete a wide range of Workplace Solutions customer experience activities such as workspace set-up, A/V and collaboration tool support, food and beverage, welcome and arrivals hospitality experience, floor operations support, or space utilization management

  • Support the planning and execution of on-site meeting and events curating client and customer experiences that are detailed, high touch and high impact.

  • Make process improvement suggestions and implement appropriate change to ensure continued seamless office experiences for all.

  • Support life safety functions including digital badge process, audit reports, audit cycles and general C-Cure administration.

  • Manage invoicing and accounts payable process including resolving billing issues with vendor and escalating issues as needed

  • Manage vendor relationships and administer NDAs.

  • Prepare and analyze workplace data reports.

  • Support change management efforts around driving new customer behaviors as well as customer experiences.

  • Identify new ways to add value proactively, taking on new tasks to help the location team to be more productive.

  • Arranging/coordinating on-site & off-site meetings.

  • Researching, pulling reports & analyzing data.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of office operations, business and/or hospitality experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (excel, power point, word).

  • Strong aptitude for technology with working knowledge of collaboration tools and workplace tools, including EMS, Census, ServiceNow, etc.

  • Focused meeting and events skills including event requirements, planning, communication, and event execution ensuring that all elements of the event are managed to the highest possible outcomes

  • Knowledge on how to pull reports & analyzing data.

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Strong relationship building skills.

  • Ability to anticipate the needs of your customers (asked or unasked).

  • Proactively act on any customer requests keeping them informed of your progress.

  • Excellent organizational, multitasking and time management skills.

  • Ability to communicate and work with all level of customers.

  • Ability to help train, coach and mentor other team members.

  • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian

  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian

As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $48,600 - $105,800 and information on benefits offered is here.
