We are a team of multidisciplinary designers curious about how brands influence culture and affect the human experience by way of concept-driven aesthetics and systematic design thinking. We avoid trends and seek meaning to create work that is award-winning and career-defining through integrated experiences, interactions, and environments.
The Associate Design Director brings concepts to life through both direction and execution. They mentor more junior team members and build strong and collaborative cross-functional relationships. The Associate Design Director presents work internally to stakeholders and directly to clients.
● Concept and direct design ideas of the highest caliber
● Lead a team of junior and mid-level staff in an open and supportive way, providing clear and
● Persuasively present work and own client interactions at all levels
● Provide strategic, innovative insights for the development of client deliverables
● Conduct group ideation sessions
● Understand the difference between creating a campaign versus a long-term ecosystem or brand
vision, and execute accordingly
● Efficiently manage multiple clients and deliverables at once, working proactively and
independently, with minor support from more senior design leads
● Portfolio or samples of work demonstrating smart, brand-building designs and executions
● 5+ years of design experience at a Design firm, Advertising Agency or related industry
● Understanding of design process, beyond just campaign work
● Portfolio of award-winning or breakthrough work
● Expert proficiency in Photoshop and InDesign, and any new and emerging design-specific
● Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills for effective communication to
clients, internal staff and management
● Production experience
● Demonstrated ability of working in a self-sufficient manner
● Ability to multitask, manage simultaneous projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-
