The work:

The Salesforce Business Analyst is a key member of our Delivery organization within the Advanced Technology Center. In addition to being responsible for business analyses, you would work directly with the project team and clients gathering requirements to analyze, design and/or implement technology best practice business changes. You will work with senior members of the team ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce.com implementation. You should have solid functional and/or industry knowledge, as well as Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.

- Work with Delivery Lead/Project Manager to maintain and coordinate communication with the customer/client throughout each project.

- Work with the project team to gather the business and functional requirements, by scoping, defining, and prioritizing requirements.

- Mapping functional requirements to Salesforce.com features and functionality.

- Understand and document requirements for configuring, testing and launching our CRM solution.

- Understand CRM requirements and Identify product requirements for future enhancements.

- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile inconsistency and break down high-level information into details.

- Work with Architects and Developers to transform new requirements into Salesforce.com design and implementation.

- Develop, maintain and perform processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity in platform applications with Salesforce Administrator and functional managers to create training materials and documentation for Salesforce.com users and help train new end users on Salesforce.com and related applications.

- Configure Users, Profiles Role Creation/Maintenance, Custom and Formula Fields, Validation Rules, Page Layouts and List views, Assignment/Auto Response/Escalation, Workflows & Approvals, and Process Builder.

- Supports testing cycles (UAT, regression, system) and/or Training/Training Materials.

- Supports PM with project updates, scheduling, invoicing, etc.



Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 1+ years general business analysis experience
  • 3-6  months business analysis experience in a Salesforce environment
  • U.S. Citizen

Preferred Qualifications

  • Solution Architect experience on implementation projects
  • Force.com platform experience
  • Data Migration experience
  • Salesforce.com Certifications
  • Background with architecture concepts (integration styles, architecture styles, patterns)
  • Experience with Oracle-Siebel
  • Agile and Iterative experience

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
 

Compensation for our Development Programs varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, development program, role and skill set. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.   

 

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role: 

California:         $77,700 – $104,600 

Colorado:        $67,200 – $90,400 

New York City: $77,700 – $104,600 

Washington:    $71,500 – $96.300
