Agile Test Engineering Manager (Accenture LLP; Hartford, CT): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Agile Test Engineering Manager in Hartford, CT to provide management, leadership and technical guidance for testing and to conduct daily SCRUM meetings for test execution and defects. S/he will perform the following duties: responsible for test estimates, test plans, test cases, test scripts and executing system and regression test suites; responsible for resource planning, estimating and forecasting of QA programs and bringing on the synergies/cost saving opportunities where possible; co-ordinate with business users and products team for requirement gathering and provide solutions for new features development; responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing automation test suite and framework using UFT automation tool and Tosca intelligent automation tool; responsible for defining automation framework and implementing Tricentis TOSCA/Selenium/UFT automation tool in the project and contributing to the transition to DevOps; responsible for driving DevOps implementation and building Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipeline using tools like GIT hub and Jenkins; responsible for defect management and incident management using HP ALM; preparing project status reports for consumption by project leadership team; conducting walk-through of test results and providing test closure report and recommendation for Go and No-Go decision to production; coaching, guiding and mentoring Junior testing resources; and coordinating with business users and products team for requirement gathering and providing solution for new features development.

Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires at least a bachelor’s degree or its foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering (any) or in a closely related field, plus 6 years of post-baccalaureate experience as a Software Engineer or related IT positions. This position also requires the following professional experience: 6 years of experience in Testing Methodology, Test Planning, Estimation and Test Execution to implement large Testing Programs at different clients; 5 years of experience in Agile/Scrum environment using Agile tool such as Rally for Test Management, Tracking and Reporting; 2 year of experience in SOAP UI testing for Test Execution and component level Test Automation; 3 year of experience in Automation tool like Selenium/UFT/TOSCA for end-to-end Test Automation; 5 year of experience in using Defect management tool such as HP ALM for handling defects; and 2 year of experience in using Git Hub, Jenkins tool for deploying CI/CD pipelines.
