Salesforce Integration Application Development Manager (Accenture LLP; Florham Park, NJ): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Salesforce Integration Application Development Manager in Florham Park, NJ to technically lead and deliver Salesforce.com (SFDC) based implementation, enhancement and maintenance for projects and programs to the client. S/he will perform the following duties: Mobilize the delivery team and identify and assign the appropriate people and resources to individual projects; Manage client and client expectations; Work with business’s to understand requirements; manage and prioritize demands; work with delivery teams to deliver solutions; Provide managerial coverage to Accenture teams while providing application development, maintenance and support services to the client; Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with client, sales support and new business development activities for Accenture; and creating work and cost estimates, solution plans, staffing plans, rollout planning, preparing RFP response, contracts and SOWs.

Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires at least a bachelor’s degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information  Systems/Technology, Engineering (any), or closely related field. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, the employer deems that the suitable combination of education, training or experience acceptable is 3 years of study towards any U.S. bachelor's degree plus 3 years of IT experience. This position also requires 6 years of experience as an Associate Manager or in a related IT position, including the following experience: 6 years of experience with IT Program and Project Management, specifically in project planning, initiation, project delivery, and project closure; 6 years of experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC) Solution Architecture & Design to design  integrations (SOAP / Rest), security, custom development, deployment and roll outs; 6 years of experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC) Development and Delivery Management configuration and customizations, Apex/VF, classes and triggers, integrations using SOAP / REST APIs, Data Loading & Migrations; 6 years of experience with Release Management, Source Control, and Deployment concepts and tools like ANT, SFDC Metadata API, SVN; 5 years of experience with Solution Design, Estimation & Planning to identify gaps between current and future states and develop a solution road map; and 5 years of experience with Team Management; and 5 years of experience in Pharma or Life Sciences industry and the various processes and practices applicable to pharma industry.
