Cloud Infrastructure Manager (Accenture LLP; Berwyn, PA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Cloud Infrastructure Manager in Berwyn, PA to design and develop solutions to complex software applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns along with systems management and integration functions. S/he will perform the following duties: Act as an Infrastructure Lead and Solution Architect for Accenture Life Sciences for Cloud (ALSC) Projects; investigate and troubleshoot software application issues related to the infrastructure; perform root cause analysis of infrastructure related activities; provide technical guidance or support for the development or troubleshooting of applications or systems issues; provide advice on project costs, software application design concepts, or application design changes; liaison with onshore and offshore teams to convey the requirements, clarify the designs and verify the deliverables of the software application and all corresponding configurations; coordinate with Client, Oracle, other Vendors and offshore on day to day issues, improvements and project deliverables; ensure documentation, Best practices, Designing and documenting new process, templates, configuration; provide Subject matter expertise for Oracle Databases and ALSC applications; provide disaster Recovery Solutions and defining the backup strategy for all applications; verify stability, interoperability, portability, security, or scalability of system architecture; maintain End to End Architecture/system with the integrated systems; and ensure all the Validation process, Coordinate with Client, Oracle and Accenture Quality Assurance.
This position requires at least a bachelor's degree, or its foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering (any) or a closely related field plus 5 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience as an Infrastructure Lead, Technology Consultant, DBA RAC Consultant and Oracle DBA or in a related IT position, including the following professional experience: 4 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration administering databases for Life Sciences production systems; 4 years Cloud Hosting Infrastructure Engineering setup and ongoing engineering, monitoring, and maintenance of multi-tiered cloud hosting systems in a Life Sciences domain; 1 year Google Cloud Platform Administration setup and ongoing engineering, monitoring, and maintenance of a Google Cloud hosted system; 2 years of experience in Oracle Data Management Workbench configuration configuring the application for production use; 2 years of experience in Computer Systems Validation documenting and executing validation controls according to a system validation plan for systems subject to Title 21 CFR Part 11 for the Food and Drug Administrations regulations for electronic records and electronic signatures.
Telecommuting is permitted for this role. Employee needs to reside within a reasonable commuting distance from the assigned Accenture office.
