You are:

An Assistant Contractor Special Security Officer (ACSSO) who will support Security & Intelligence Directorate (S&ID) through effective coordination and collaboration with corporate processes/procedures on basic security function. You will be responsible for all facets of the effective security program while reporting to CSSO. You will implement security tactics, techniques, procedures (TTP), processes, programs and policies as appropriate. Drive and implement security and practical protective measures for Accenture Federal Services (AFS) personnel, facilities and infrastructure at the respective facility

The work:

  • Execute effective operations for protection of corporate personnel, assets and safeguard of client information and facility     

  • Assist in implementing the security direction for effective and efficient operations for the protection of corporate personnel, assets and the safeguard of client information

  • Document security mission functions, capabilities, and challenges

  • Assist in implementation of access control plans, emergency action plans, security standard operating procedures, and physical security and site security plans

  • Assist CSSO on infrastructure support to security programs, and long term roadmap for future development related to projects and facilities

  • Assist in management of security effectiveness and coordinate/collaborate with S&ID to ensure proper protocol and security support 

  • Assist in implement security tactics, techniques, procedures, processes, programs, and policies as appropriate  

  • Assist in management of personnel security clearances and processes. Conducts initial and on-going security training and education briefings.

  • Assist in development of staff products concerning the manning, organization, training, equipping, and effectiveness of security element. 

  • Assist in updating/using DISS and other special access sites, to track and maintain clearances. 

  • Assist in reviewing SF86s (word document or e-QIP), and client required documentation for accuracy prior to submission

  • Assist in preparing and submitting nomination packages to the client 

  • Assist in conducting  security self-reviews and follow up on corrective actions

  • Manage yearly facility budget forecast/monthly budget review

  • Supervision and escorting of maintenance personnel or visitors for preventative maintenance and repairs

  • Utility/General Invoicing submission, approval, and tracking

  • Guide facility purchases through the vendor quotes/Approvals/Purchase Order

  • Key Management (lockers, doors, etc.)

  • Access control management to include issuing/deactivating badges, security profiles, and DMP programming

  • Visit Request tracking, organization, and follow up, to include site visitor verification and check in

  • Manage inventories including Annual Government Property inventories and coffee and office supply inventories

  • Monthly fire extinguisher inspections

  • Yearly building fire drills in conjunction with building management

  • Yearly security alarm and fire alarm testing

  • Semi-annual crash bar testing and battery replacement

  • Annual liability insurance renewal

  • Annual property management true-ups review with property management

  • Attend quarterly tenant meetings

  • Service/maintenance contract quotes/renewals

  • Manage building request for over time HVAC and other misc. repairs through leasing management online portal

  • As needed property MDAT tickets

  • Adhoc facility requests and other qualified duties as assigned

Qualifications

Here's what you need:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

  • Experience implementing multiple security disciplines to include Personnel, Physical, Communications and Operations Security programs and requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of Intelligence Community Directives (ICD), Department of Defense (DoD) security requirements and National Industrial Security Programs (NISP)

  • Demonstrated, relevant experience in industrial security programs within the Intelligence Community

Other required skills:

  • High degree of motivation and self sufficiency

  • Excellent Interpersonal Communications Skills

Bonus points if you have:

  • Strongly preferred SCIF Management experience

  • Able to interpret and effectively implement contract and security requirements from specific regulations and clients within the Intelligence Community

  • Experience with Government security operations

  • Experience with Compartmented Security programs

  • Experience with Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), and Closed Circuit Television Systems (CCTV)

  • Public Speaking and Business Writing Skills

  • MS Office (advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $88,300 - $123,599 and information on benefits offered is here.
