You Are:

As an Omnichannel Lead you are a native to all things digital and have a passion for digital marketing in the Life Sciences industry. You find enjoyment in supporting clients in transitioning to new ways of working. You are a highly motivated, results driven individual with strong decision-making capabilities and problem-solving skills. You can leverage insights to drive audience discovery and activation strategy, through working closely with a broad set of cross-functional teams. You are a data wiz and can use a variety of analytics tools and technologies to deliver strategic recommendations. You work to deliver tangible business outcomes to clients.

The Work:
• Create audience centric strategies to help drive marketing omnichannel campaigns
• Establish key objectives and performance metrics for digital marketing campaigns and identify and implement appropriate measurement with Commercial Analytics partners
• Responsible for providing actionable insights & optimizations on media performance to drive greater efficiency and results for clients
• Map digital tactics to identify gaps, opportunities, and insights to optimize spend, performance & ROI
• Evaluate emerging trends and technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for implementing when appropriate
• Analyze customer experiences, generate insights, and provide recommendations on digital strategies
• Support clients to transition to an omnichannel model and adoption of digital channels
• Integrate offline and online channels to offer a unified customer experience
• Evaluate and recommend to clients the best marketing technologies to implement  
• Create and execute strategic plans for digital media campaigns across channels such as Paid Search, Programmatic, Paid Social and SEO.

Qualifications

Here’s What You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communication or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Life Sciences strategic planning, digital marketing and/or media strategy
• At least 5 years experience in building and rolling out omnichannel campaigns
• At least 5 years demonstrating strategic acumen in developing digital initiatives and marketing communication plans
• At least 5 years proven analytical acuity with the ability to build research plan, transform key data in to meaningful and actionable insights that lead to informed decision-making
• At least 5 years experience with planning and/or managing paid media programs

Bonus Points if:

• Able to navigate and speak to the complexities of the digital media landscape across disciplines

• Strong knowledge of marketing fundamentals and the ability to align marketing strategy and customer behavioral objectives to tactical campaign design across multiple dimensions (customer, channel, content) and drive impact

• Fluency in digital media channels including Paid Search, and/or Search Engine Optimization, and/or Programmatic
• Curiosity and passion for analytics and emerging digital trends and tools.
• Agency experience is strongly preferred

• Experienced with the principles of Next Best Action or Next Best Experience programs.
• Familiarity with modular content
• Experienced in Life Sciences principles, e.g. MLR review processes and requirements, Fair Balance, branded vs. unbranded restrictions, etc.
• Familiarity with multi-channel data integrations for analytics and insights generation a plus.
• Experience building out assets for client workshops, business development efforts, and constructing high-impact strategies
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with limited guidance
• Experience in Oncology, Neurology, Rare Disease, Patient Services, Vaccines, Clinical Trials or related areas.

Travel
For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only. As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $132,700 - $165,199 and information on benefits offered is here.
