The Service Management practice is focused on providing best-in-class Service Management capabilities for clients in all industries. Our team provides full lifecycle Service Management services, from consulting on strategy to leading large technology implementations. Accenture’s Service Management practitioners provide delivery management, project execution, and technical expertise to partner with our clients to plan, analyze, design, test, and deploy enterprise scale end-to-end Service Management transformation solutions. 

You Are:

A Service Management transformation ace with deep experience helping clients meet the challenges of digitization. You’re in your element using your cutting-edge Service Management know-how and creative and analytical powers to solve clients’ most complex business problems so their companies can do more. Communication and people skills? You have both in spades and you’re as comfortable inspiring teams to bring their A-game as you are presenting to the C-suite. 

The Work:

  • Delve into clients’ divisions to figure out their business needs

  • Advise clients on using technologies such as Servicenow, AWS, Azure, Moogsoft, Jira etc to meet their Service Management transformation needs in areas such as Service integration and stabilization for M&A, Hybrid Cloud Operations transformation, IT Automation

  • Lead teams to build state-of-the-art solutions powered by AWS, Azure, ServiceNow, Cloudscape tools that meet your clients’ unique needs

  • Create change plans and lead efforts that help your clients help their people embrace the changes that come with transformation of their Service Management functions

  • Look for ways to grow Accenture’s Service Management practice and contribute to landing future sales

  • Keep building your Service Management know-how by staying current on market innovations and the latest developments

  • Use your expertise to cement Accenture’s position as a Service Management thought leader

  • Be ready to rack up those air miles with weekly travel to client sites Monday through Thursday

Qualifications

Here’s What You Need:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Service Management, (preferably Servicenow, AWS, Azure, )

  • Minimum of two end-to-end Hybrid Cloud Operations Transformation implementations

  • You have external client-facing consulting experience

  • You have team lead experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience) 

Bonus Points If:

  • You have functional expertise in areas such as OT/IT Convergence, Service Reliability Engineering, Devops implementation, IT/Cloud Financial Transparency

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is  $152,700 –$190,099 and information on benefits offered is here.
