Testing Engineering Manager (Accenture LLP; Philadelphia, PA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Testing Engineering Manager in Philadelphia, PA to drive quality testing solutions by planning and constructing test scripts through use of quality processes and methodologies for Accenture or our clients. S/he will perform the following duties: work on testing solutions, strategy, and functionality, and demonstrates the functional solutions to the business, IT client, and development team; define and tracks test metrics, including code coverage, quality, and performance; develop end-to-end testing strategies in Automation Tools (TOSCA), Agile & Waterfall Methodologies; lead Automation Framework and strategy for complex problems; provide alignment to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals; determine and meet time estimates and schedules for testing efforts for large programs; and manage medium - large sized teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture.

Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires at least a bachelor’s degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering (any), or in a closely related field. The position also requires 6 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience as a Software Engineer or in a related IT position including the following professional experience: 4 years of experience in Test Data Migration and Conversion for applications in validated and non-validated environments to validate the source and target systems, data accuracy and transformation logic in readable format; 4 years of experience in System Integration Testing for Customer Relationship Management Applications and solutions including Test Planning, Test Preparation, Test Execution, and Test Closure activities for developing Test Strategy and Framework for target applications for validation; 4 years of experience in Micro Focus Application Lifecycle Management Tool for setting-up of Releases, and Cycles; 4 years of experience in supporting projects throughout User Acceptance Testing & Quality Assurance Testing cycles by helping users document test cases, assisting them to execute test cases in Micro Focus Application Lifecycle Management and supporting SDLC deliverables like Test Summary reports, and requirement traceability matrix; 4 years of experience in managing automation projects and providing solutions for requirements on test automation and process automation using TOSCA or Selenium; and 4 years of experience in SQL Server and Database testing using TOSCA, Teradata, and SQL developer, executing SQL Queries, for validation of database management systems and reporting any discrepancies to technical and business leads.

Positions are based in Philadelphia, PA but requires domestic travel up to 25% of an average work week.

Telecommuting is permitted for this role; employee needs to reside within a reasonable commuting distance from the assigned Accenture office.
