Security Delivery Manager (Accenture LLP; Columbus, Ohio): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Security Delivery Manager in Columbus, OH to lead in the security maintenance of client systems and provide support to project team leads and business users. S/he will perform the following duties: provide Tier 3/ advanced operational support and incident resolution for technology(s) and/or software solutions of focus; perform problem management diagnosis, root cause elimination activity, escalation, tracking and permanent resolution of complex incidents; maintain a high level of knowledge on the deployment of technologies and/or software solutions; update standards/project specific documentation as necessary; focus on innovation and continued improvement in cost and quality of the technology services; assist the team in resolving problem tickets; perform security reviews of the systems and participate in audit and compliance activities; conduct systems reviews to ensure appropriate security controls are in place; collect and review business, internal audit and regulatory security requirements; implement and maintain application security parameters; troubleshoots issues that arise and escalate appropriately; work in a diverse team including individuals of various technical and process skill levels; identify areas for internal process improvement; ensure team works high priority ticket(P1/P2) and resolves the same within Service Level Agreement; own the technical support with clients, including managing product, coordination of additional technical resources; participate as ultimate escalation point for vendor/product & customer technical faults; apply research, information gathering and analysis skills to problem-solving; support and guide the team offshore on complex incidents, Root Cause Analysis and helps upskill the team offshore on the technology being supported.

This position requires at least a bachelor’s degree, or its foreign equivalent, Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering (any) or in a closely related field plus 5 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience as a Security Team Lead, IT operations Analyst or in a related IT position including the following professional experience: 2 years utilizing Change Management to ensure technical changes made within the environment to confirm standardized methods and procedures; 5 years performing incident management process used by IT Operations teams to respond to an unplanned event or service interruption and restore the service to its operational state; 4 years performing Infrastructure Assessment to identify and assess key infrastructure components, including databases, server, datacenters and network infrastructure to identify major non-compliances against the industry standard; 3 years utilizing Problem Management process responsible for managing the lifecycle of all unknown causes to one or more Incidents; 4 years performing Security Assessment to identify and assess key security controls with a focus on preventing security defects, detecting vulnerabilities, and identify major non-compliances against the industry standard; 3 years conducting Security Design Evaluation to evaluate the technical design of application level security across the environment to determine if there are misconfigurations, weaknesses, misuse, and produce recommendations.

Telecommuting is permitted for this role. Employee needs to reside within a reasonable commuting distance from the assigned Accenture office.
