Help develop and execute change initiatives to enable a successful transition to the target state. Develop metrics to measure transition and determine appropriate actions. The Change Practitioner will be writing, drafting, sending emails to a large amount of stakeholders, and will assist with training users based off of different deployments. You will also come up with strategic communication plans to present to stakeholders.
May be responsible for the following:
Support project management activities, including routine status reports, quality control, risk analysis and mitigation planning, etc
Plan, facilitate and generate summaries for stakeholder interviews and focus groups
Be detail oriented, flexible, proactive, and multi-task to quickly adapt to changing client priorities and respond to ad hoc requests
Balance a variety of assignments and independently manage time and resources to deliver quality work by established deadlines
This is client facing role - experience with govt subcontracting background strongly desired.
Ability to analyze data and present findings in written reports and presentations in a concise manner that is relevant to the intended audience to support decision-making
Experience analyzing and/or designing business processes
Ability to facilitate conversations and ask probing questions to illicit a clear understanding of the client’s problem statement and current state
Bonus points if you have:
Experience with govt subcontracting background strongly desired
BS degree preferred
As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $108,499 to $13,199 and information on benefits offered is here: https://www.accenture.com/us-en/careers/local/total-rewards
