Job Description:

The Location Services Senior Analyst role is accountable for the management and workplace operations for an Austin client location. This includes hospitality and customer services, client welcome experience, catering and meeting production. This role is responsible for: space utilization management, as well as facility and building management services such as life safety functions, asset management, engineering, building and maintenance services, cleaning, mail delivery and logistics. This role will work closely with the Austin Metro Lead and key customer executives to execute their strategic direction and vision for the office as it pertains to internal and external stakeholders and ensure that we exceed customer experience expectations.

Following are the key responsibilities of the role:

  • Oversee Accenture's Workplace Solutions operations across Accenture business entities within the areas of responsibility.

  • Plan and manage daily office operations and delivery of services, ensuring operational compliance to policies, budgets and guidelines and review performance against business objectives and our customer and hospitality experience.

  • Set, drive and enforce policies and service standards, ensuring appropriate corporate control and local business relevance.

  • Plan, manage and account for Workplace service delivery, daily office operations and operating budgets within the areas of responsibility.

  • Design and implement programs/processes to deliver performance improvements to, existing operating models, technologies and business applications to continually support Accenture's Workplace Solutions strategy.

  • Manage key relationships with external service providers (negotiate and manage contracts) and act as a point of contact for vendors and landlords.

  • Manage key relationships between Workplace Solutions and internal leadership, stakeholders, other customer groups, and vendors to ensure correct alignment with business priorities.

  • Provide leadership, direction, development and supervision of team and provide support of and input to human resources processes including career development, training development, salary reviews, recruitment processes and performance management.

  • Accountable for the oversight and implementation of reception services, facility management, life safety policies and procedures. Also responsible for space management, event coordination, document services, floor operations support, space utilization management, billing/invoicing and additional location services.

  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure service standards are being met.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • College degree or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hospitality and facility management experience a plus. 

  • 2 years office experience. 

  • Associate’s / Bachelor’s Degree

  • Knowledge of catering operations setup and breakdown

  • Knowledge of technology/Audio-Visual setups

  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Outlook

  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (word/excel/PowerPoint)

  • Comfortable with technology and social media (advanced skills a plus)

As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $48,600 - $105,800 and information on benefits offered is here.
