Workplace Management and Solutions professionals provide space and service support solutions for all Accenture people and businesses globally, running Accenture’s workplace as a robust business function leveraging Accenture’s business and technology strategies.

Job Description:

Independently completes all the services in his/her area(s) of responsibility. The scope of the job may include a wide range of Workplace services and/or activities including routine and non-routine tasks to be independently completed according to office guidelines and/or under supervision of a more experienced professional or supervisor. The Workplace Generalist makes routine and/or non-routine decisions which impacts own work and/or work of others. The Workplace Generalist may interact frequently with customers / clients to maintain and strengthen relationships and to ensure work/deliverables meet expectations. He/she may assist each customer by providing individualized service, accurate information, efficient service and timely follow-up.

  • Office Operations Reception

  • Greet and direct employees and visitors.

  • Receive and relay incoming, outgoing and internal calls according to local guidelines.

  • Handle and route messages appropriately.

  • Answer general inquiries, assist in resolving issues/concerns or direct them to the appropriate resource.

  • Provide support and/or execute activities related to onsite or off-site meetings and events.

  • Receive, process, and deliver inbound and outbound, mail, packages and faxes contact employees as needed (Digital Mail).

  • Catering

  • Catering for all local meetings, set up and clean up.

  • Ensure you have the correct WBS element for PCard.

  • Supplies

  • Handle or coordinate process large-scale duplicating projects including copying, collating, assembly and binding.

  • Assist customers with document retrievals/returns while assuring adherence to archival guidelines.

  • Coordinate destruction of documents.

  • May act as a point of contact for external providers (commodity).

  • Monthly Environmental Metrics for Electric, Gas, Paper use etc.

  • Maintain external service provider information.

  • May be responsible for external meeting planning.

  • Safety & Security

  • CCURE management; security badge maintenance/support. Distribute and track office security access cards.

  • CCURE Quarterly Audit.

  • May carry out instructions for security, fire, health and safety and maintain records.

  • Emergency response plan updates – Semi-annually.

  • CLEM List Maintenance – Monthly.

  • Act as fire coordinator and responsible for the location’s exercise assessment.

  • Space Management

  • Daily workspace management EMS; manage workspace/conference room reservations

  • Census report daily.

  • Process space reservation requests (assign and confirm space, catering and equipment) and ensure optimal workspace occupancy.

  • Set up and maintain workspace/meeting rooms including catering and audio/visual equipment.

  • ESA

  • View office information daily for New Hires, Transfers and Terminations.

  • New Hires need to be marked complete in ESA when they have received their Accenture badge.

  • Terminations need to be marked complete that their badge has been returned and disabled.

  • Facilities/Maintenance

  • May act as a point of contact for the landlord or external providers and manage regular contract relationship.

  • Manage annual maintenance contracts.

  • Conduct regular checks of the office environment and report any areas requiring maintenance or electrical attention.

  • Perform basic repair, maintenance and custodial or coordinate/arrange with appropriate service provider duties according to location guidelines (including equipment, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, etc.).

  • Act as a point of contact for the landlord or external providers, coordinating all work carried out on the ground and maintenance of the building.

  • Financials

  • Office & break room supply maintenance/ordering. Weekly ordering of supplies.

  • Stock and maintain appearance of general use areas (e.g., copy room, coffee/vending area, etc.). Miscellaneous Operations

  • Daily morning walk through of the office to ensure clean white boards and supplies stocked.

  • May act as the point of contact for various Workplace tools/databases and related training.

  • May be involved in actions related to programs or projects.

  • May contribute to the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

  • May perform administrative duties according to location guidelines.

  • Provide audio-visual support/troubleshooting prior to and during meetings and events as needed.

  • Provide basic technical support for standard office equipment (e.g., copiers and printers).

  • Receive, review, process and maintain all Workplace invoices for the location.

  • Resolves most billing issues with vendors. Identifies and escalates issues as needed.

  • Review and maintain PCard accounts and review monthly statements.

  • Provide data entry support for quarterly and annual budget preparation.

  • Maintain leases, contracts, warranties and insurance certificates.

  • Monthly Financials/Transactions review and process Journal Entries as needed.

  • Consult with supervisor on problems or discrepancies.

  • Parking Administration

  • New Joiner Orientation Support as needed to deliver a Workplace presentation and tour.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma

As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $38,988 - $88,500 and information on benefits offered is here.
