Business & Integration Architecture Senior Manager (Accenture LLP; Raleigh, NC): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Business & Integration Architecture Senior Manager in Raleigh, NC, and the job duties are as follows:

  • Define, analyze, solve, and document the business requirements and processes for Accenture or our clients program/project specifications and objectives.
  • Develop an integrated view of the enterprise using a repeatable approach, cohesive framework, and available industry standard techniques.
  • Gather and analyze information to define project plan/approaches for managing changes introduced by new technology system implementations.
  • Lead delivery of change management efforts for new technology system implementations, including a) demonstrating functional solutions to various stakeholders, b) designing, developing and delivering end user training, and c) managing communications strategies throughout the SDLC.
  • Work on solution, strategy, and functionality, and demonstrate functional solutions to business, IT client, and the development team.
  • Provide solutions to complex business problems, which are implemented by the team.
  • Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
  • Be involved in setting strategic direction to establish near-term goals for areas of responsibility.
  • Interact with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters.
  • Have latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, plus 7 years of experience (of which 5 years must be progressive post-baccalaureate experience) in the IT consulting industry.

Must have 5 years of experience in leading change management efforts associated with technology system implementations.

Must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Working on technology projects with state or local government clients; and
  • Training development and delivery tools and techniques, including development and delivery of both web-based and instructor-led training, and both pre-recorded and live training.

Must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:

  • Leading change management and training efforts for implementation and support of the Ariba On Demand software platform; and
  • Leading teams of 5+ people through major technology project phases.

Must have 6 months of experience in leading change management and training efforts for implementation and support of the Salesforce software platform.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
