Application Development Manager (Accenture LLP; Atlanta, GA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Application Development Manager in Atlanta, GA to design scalable Health data analytics project that gathers, analyzes large volume of data, interprets results, and provides recommendations for various challenges faced in health care industry in claims, finances and interfaces. S/he will perform the following duties: Implement Machine Learning models and Cloud Computing Services in developing performance optimum and scalable system which can make better predictions and decisions from structured and unstructured data; Implement Data Science methodologies to design and automate various operational and analytical workflows in Health care industry which would help the business in efficient and modernized way of operation and to meet the challenges of expanding and changing industry; implement robust Business Reporting, data visualization, dashboards and alert solutions that help the business leverage/operationalize analytical insights to drive performance; develop analytical and machine learning models and methods to identify hidden data insights and provide actionable recommendations to business; analyze and decompose complex business processes and design a strategy to automate the processes using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools such as Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism; design and create databases to process large volume of analytical data and to implement solutions to maintain optimum performance; Manages database growth and manages team and deliver high quality solution in tight schedules; mentor the team and provide the subject matter expert support in code quality, enhancements and review and utilize expertise to collaborate with key partners to understand requirements for end-to-end data engineering and data insights.

Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires at least a bachelor’s degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering (any), or in a closely related field, plus 5 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience as an Extract Load, Transform Developer, or in a related IT position. This position also requires the following professional experience: 5 years of experience in Health Data Analytics and Data Science methodologies which includes skills - clustering, linear regression, time series analysis; 5 years of experience in Machine Learning and Cloud Computing Services - Python, Azure Or AWS (Amazon Web Service); 5 years of experience in Data Visualization and Business Reporting Business Objects, Tableau, and OBIEE (Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition); 5 years of experience in Database, Data Warehouse and Data Integration solution design- Informatica, ETL, DB2, Oracle, IBM Optim, MS SQL Server, Teradata and Shell Scripting; 5 years of experience in Data Modelling, Data Mining and Data Profiling; and 2 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation using following tools - Automation Anywhere OR UiPath.
