YOUR ROLE:

The Senior Customer Advocacy Program Manager's responsibilities include the coordination and monitoring of customer advocacy deliverables, schedule and scope (case studies, videos and other customer content).  Also oversees all aspects of the project including deadlines, milestones, assignments and risk management along with summarizing project status.

While there will never be a typical day at Accenture Interactive, we’ve highlighted a few of your exciting responsibilities:

  • Applying appropriate project management standards

  • Overseeing various types of mid to large-scale digital projects from initial concept to delivery within the established scope, timing, budget, and quality.

  • Planning and monitoring of customer content through the creation, development, review and approval process

  • Developing and managing comprehensive project plans, which includes regular status touchpoints with internal team members (writers, editors, other project managers) and milestone meetings with the client.

  • Managing all change requests, validates the budget/schedule impacts, and communicates approved changes to all team members.

  • Actively partnering with clients and client engagement teams to identify new opportunities which address critical business needs

  • Managing forecasts, financials and profitability and corresponding reporting within projects

  • Actively partnering with Account Management on scoping and pricing new opportunities

  • Developing, implementing and maintaining overall processes and procedures driving greater efficiencies and quality of work

  • Liaising with program management (if the project is part of a program) and related projects to ensure that work is neither overlooked nor duplicated

  • Monitoring overall progress and use of resources, initiating corrective action where necessary

  • Ensuring project is compliant with all Accenture security standards

  • Maintaining an awareness of potential interdependencies with other projects and their impact

  • Identifying and obtaining support and advice required for the management, planning and control of the project

  • Conducting a project evaluation review to assess how well the project was managed

  • Working with Legal, Finance and Operations to define Contracts (SOWs), Assists with MSA and NDA development

Qualifications

YOUR EXPERIENCE: Basic Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in a related field of customer advocacy, customer reference, or customer-facing marketing role

  • At least 5 years exceptional organizational and communication skills

  • Minimum 5 years proven expertise with various project delivery best practice methods, including, but not limited to waterfall, agile, and scrum.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience

Travel
For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only. As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $56,484 - $129,800 and information on benefits offered is here.
