Program, Project, and Service Management Manager (Accenture LLP; San Jose, CA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Program, Project, and Service Management Manager in San Jose, CA, and the job duties are as follows:

  • Support the program/project from scoping and gathering requirements through deployment for an end-to-end project or specific area of a project for Accenture or clients.
  • Develop technical specifications and related documentation.
  • Create program sources and conduct unit/integration testing to deliver final technology product to the testing environment.
  • Propose and discuss strategic solutions with Accenture and client management.
  • Analyze functional and technical business requirements and verify that the requirements are aligned with business needs and objectives.
  • Provide production support and resolve incidents.
  • Identify and implement monitoring and enabling solutions to ensure high availability and performance of the applications and environment.
  • Candidate assessment for any new roles or opportunities.
  • Coordinate work between different teams at different locations.
  • Provide direction and guidance to teams at different locations.
  • Create and present report for service level adherence and other operational metrics to stakeholders.
  • Adhere to strategic direction set by the leadership.

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.

Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Managing large scale applications and projects, including project financials and project budget;
  • Performing stakeholder management, team management, and communication and change management;
  • Technical delivery project management, including operating delivery in waterfall and agile methodology;
  • Developing Data Security, including Developer Ecosystem;
  • Data integration using Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) tool, including Load Data from Multiple Sources, Data warehouse, Data mart, and Operational data store;
  • Working with SQL Analytics and SQL server;
  • Overseeing full application development life cycle to support analysis, design, development, documentation, testing, deployment, and post-deployment activities;
  • Performing functional analysis and design for consumer, wholesale, and enterprise software application;
  • Using IBM z/OS (Mainframe), Cobol, DB2, and XML;
  • Troubleshooting software bugs, defects and outages in user acceptance testing (UAT) and production environments; and
  • Utilizing architecture and data modeling for applications in the billing, collections, cybersecurity and eCommerce platforms using tools, including Microsoft Visio.

Must have 3 years of experience in delivering business intelligence solutions using BI reporting tools.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 75% of the time to meet client needs.
