Management Consulting Senior Principal (Accenture LLP; San Francisco, CA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Management Consulting Senior Principal in San Francisco, CA to lead large consulting engagements with Fortune 500 clients focused helping them with address most challenging issues with their workforce. S/he will perform the following duties: solutioning and estimating associated fees for Change Management, Talent Management, Learning & Workforce Reskilling, and Employee Experience projects; developing the project plans and timelines for Change Management, Talent Management, Learning & Workforce Reskilling, and Employee Experience projects; managing teams of Accenture practitioners to lead Change Management, Talent Management, Learning & Workforce Reskilling, and Employee Experience projects; managing risks and issues associated with the delivery of Change Management, Talent Management, Learning & Workforce Reskilling, and Employee Experience projects; owning the client relationships to ensure client expectations for the Change Management, Talent Management, Learning & Workforce Reskilling, and Employee Experience projects are being met; extending and expanding through sales, our portfolio of Change Management, Talent Management, Learning & Workforce Reskilling, and Employee Experience projects with our clients; developing points of view and other offering assets in the Change Management, Talent Management, Learning & Workforce Reskilling, and Employee Experience field; and developing the skills of our more junior Accenture practitioners in the field of Change Management, Talent Management, Learning & Workforce Reskilling, and Employee Experience.
Position is based in San Francisco, CA but requires international travel up to 10% of an average work week.
Telecommuting is permitted for this role. Employee needs to reside within a reasonable commuting distance from the assigned Accenture office.
This position requires at least any bachelor’s degree, or its foreign equivalent, plus 8 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience as a Management Consulting Manager, Change Management Consultant, Talent & Organization Consultant, or in a related Enterprise Human Capital position. This position also requires the following professional experience: 8 years of experience designing for, and executing all aspects of Change Management, including communications, stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption support; 5 years of experience executing some or all aspects of Talent Management, such as persona creation, talent assessments, organization or team design, competency modeling, career progression mapping; 5 years of experience executing some or all aspect of Learning and Workforce Management, including but not limited to operating model development, learning needs analysis, curriculum design, role-based learning path development, and training design/development; 3 years of experience solutioning and implementing Employee Experience Design programs leveraging design thinking principles; and 8 years of experience executing and leading teams to implement the human performance related portions of Transformation Programs.
