People in our Technology career track drive delivery and capability excellence through the design, development and/or delivery of a solution, service, capability or offering.  ServiceNow Business Group professionals analyze, design and/or develop best practice business changes through technology solutions.  This role is focused on leading consulting engagements on the ServiceNow platform.


Job Description

  • Lead consulting engagements from post sales stage to successful delivery of the project in terms of scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction and achievement of required business outcomes.

  • Successfully drive all aspects of project and solution delivery while staying within budget and project timeline.

  • Lead, manage, and coach the implementation project team.

  • Monitor all issues that affect the team, project, or program and potential risks.   

  • Actively manage program/project’s financial, resource strategy and contingency 

  • Prepare all client facing and internal deliverables such as project plan, issues/risk register and weekly status reports.

  • Identify opportunities to provide additional value to our clients and to work internally with the ServiceNow account teams to progress.

  • Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.

  • Proven experience of leading the deployment of Enterprise Software (ideally ITIL related) solutions in client environments.

  • Strong background working with Enterprise Software companies and/or Consulting companies.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems. 

Racking up those air miles will have to wait, as weekly non-essential travel to client sites Monday through Thursday is currently suspended.  For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Qualifications

Here's What You Need

  • Excellent leadership and management skills (minimum project size 3-5 people).
  • Minimum 5 years knowledge and experience working with or implementing ServiceNow
  • Minimum of 3 years managing project budget ($300,000 minimum in US, none for Canada)
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude
  • Proven team player and team builder
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with SaaS deployments and its supporting architecture
  • Proficiency with MS Project
  • Risk Management Skills
  • For Canada: Bachelor's degree of equivalent (minimum 5 years of work experience)
  • For US: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience

Bonus Points If

  • PMP or CSM certification
  • ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
  • ITIL 4 Foundations Certification

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is {$119,000 - $197,000} and information on benefits is here
