A risk-savvy and compliance-smart expert in the industry. You stay current with the latest cyber threats and help clients spot them before they happen. You work well across technology teams to implement the latest security frameworks and put security systems and processes in place. And, when it comes to creating IT risk assessments, you tackle the design and launch with ease.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead, influence and execute on ICS/OT security engagements in critical infrastructure and/or mission critical utility industry environments. In this role, you will help clients assess their security posture and provide security solutions in OT environments such as Energy Management Systems (EMS), SCADA systems, and the latest grid modernization and renewable energy technologies supporting Federal Agencies.
Travel: 25%-35% average
Here's what you need:
- Experience in operating and/or maintaining cybersecurity solutions and/or policies for utility industry environments (e.g., electric substations, water treatment facilities, power generation facilities, natural gas environments, etc.)
- One of the following:
- Experience Assessing against one or more of the following Federal Security frameworks: FedRAMP, FISMA, RMF, DIACAP, NIST CSF, and NIST SP 800 series and NIST SP 800-53
- Experience designing and/or engineering and/or maintaining ICS Network Infrastructure
- Experience conducting Critical infrastructure analysis
Bonus Points if you have:
- Experience performing system or network administration
- Experience with the following tools: CSAM, XACTA, eMASS
- You have one or more of the following certifications:
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA)
- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
- One year of experience in developing cybersecurity solutions and/or policies for utility industry environments (e.g., electric substations, water treatment facilities, power generation facilities, natural gas environments, etc.)

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $108,300 – $169,699 annually and information on benefits offered is here.
