Recognizing the importance of the human element in Information Security the Behavior Change team within our Information Security group was established to provide our employees with continual security learning. As a Change Management Analyst on the Behavior Change team in Information Security your daily responsibilities will vary by project, but you can expect to:

  • Contribute to organizational change and management strategy, solutions, and implementation plans
  • Learn and share innovative human performance concepts, methods and best practices
  • Deploy training and awareness campaigns to improve the information security practices across Accenture.
  • Apply communications strategy and help create message development and delivery across various stakeholder and end user groups
  • Raise business improvement opportunities as a result of performance measurement and help to develop ways to influence change and increase adoption
  • Provide input to the effectiveness of the awareness programs and change management interventions; take corrective actions to optimize results, as appropriate
  • Plan own work efforts; adhere to work plans, resource plans, and budgets
  • Raise issues and risks created by cross-team decisions, propose resolution, as appropriate
  • Notice dependencies between systems development and human performance work, make recommendations to project and customer executives

Qualifications

Your Experience: Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant subject area

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Business, or Cybersecurity
  • Experience working in a Change Management role
  • A track record of outstanding academic performance 
  • Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment 
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Detail oriented and have project management skills
  • Ability to manipulate and present data using MS Excel and Power Point
  • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian 
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
