Application Development Manager (Accenture LLP; Atlanta, GA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Application Development Manager in Atlanta, GA to function as Lead Siebel CRM Administrators/Technical Architects. S/he will perform the following duties: lead the effort of analysis and recommend improvement to Siebel application infrastructure; install, upgrade and administrate Siebel 20.x and above; engage in co-creation of client-centric solutions, which push the boundaries and deliver tangible, realistic, innovative results that are grounded in economic, stakeholder and environmental value for clients and for Accenture; manage application on Windows and Unix/Linux platform; application upgrade, security implementation, administration and configuration; Single Sign-On (SSO) and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) implementation; coach team on performing code migration – Full RR and Incremental; develop automation jobs for code migration and health check reports using Unix Shell Scripting and Batch Jobs; responsible for triaging and resolving critical incidents in Production and ensuring minimal downtime; provide system operation monitoring and technical support to developers; analyze and recommend Performance Tuning improvement in the application and responsible for handling reporting application running on BI Publisher (BIP) or Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE); organize, manage and deliver exceptional service with agility to meet commitments to clients and team.

Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires at least a bachelor’s degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering (any), or a closely related field, plus 6 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience as an Application Development Team Lead, Software Engineer, Technical Associate, System Administrator or in a related IT position, including the following professional experience: 6 years of experience in Siebel CRM Administration to install, upgrade, administer and manage the Siebel CRM application and to perform code migration activities across test and production environments, coordinating and working with client stakeholders to improve the application infrastructure; 4 years of experience in BI Publisher or Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) to install, upgrade, administer and manage the Reporting application, migrate code and reports to test and production environments; 4 years of experience in Siebel Production application support and Incident & Problem Management to provide performant and stable application, high application availability to end users, triage and resolve critical issues, perform root cause analysis to prevent such issues; 3 years of experience in managing applications on Windows and Unix/Linux OS to manage the Servers hosting the application, apply OS patch, remediate security vulnerability, identify and resolve issues affecting server KPIs (Key Performance Indicator) like CPU, memory, network utilization; 2 years of experience in Unix Shell Scripting and Windows Batch/PowerShell scripting to automate health checks, monitoring of application and recurring jobs, set up traps to track server metrics and alert the application team of potential issues; 1 year of experience on Siebel 20.X upgrade, patch management, Single Sign-On and SSL setup for this product version to set up and manage the application running on Siebel 20.X version, keeping it updated with the new versions released by the Vendor, setting up SSO (Single Sign-On) using revers proxy and SSL security for the application.
