Title: Microsoft Dynamics Power Platform Manager

The work:

  • Design and implement highly complex Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform based business solutions.

  • Develop custom applications using the XRM framework.

  • Implement, configure, and customize the Dynamics/Power Platform portal.

  • Leverage Power Platform and other means to integrate into Azure services is desired.

  • Lead medium to large teams

Qualifications

Here’s What you need:

Hands-on experience in a professional setting with at least one of the following:

  • Configuring at least three full model-driven applications in Microsoft Dataverse (or Dynamics 365.)

  • Creating and managing multiple Flows in Microsoft Power Automate.

  • Developing at least five Canvas Power Apps

Additional Need to Have:

  • Expert-level experience sufficient to architect solutions on the Power Platform for complex business requirements with 100+ stories (use cases) incorporating all of the Power Platform stack (Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power BI) and supplementing where needed with Azure technologies. MUST demonstrate experience doing this level of work.

  • Strong knowledge of the Dataverse/Dynamics 365 SDK. Be able to talk about experiences working on solutions where the SDK was used, describing the how and why of its use in a solution along with specifics on

  • Must have written multiple Plugins and be able to talk in-depth about developing on Dataverse/Dynamics 365.

  • Detailed understanding of how Solutions work in Dataverse/Dynamics 365, including patches.

  • Experience developing a security model in Microsoft Dataverse/Dynamics 365. Preferably incorporating hierarchical, field level security, and automated sharing.

  • Understanding of have Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps can be used together in creating a solution

  • Demonstrated experience managing projects and leading teams.

Eligibility Requirements

US Citizenship, no dual citizens

Bonus points if:

  • Experience working with custom UI web resources, Power Apps Component Framework, and plug-ins

  • Experience creating PCF Controls for Canvas Apps or Model-driven Apps

  • Experience deploying and configuring Power Apps Portals

  • Experience developing Custom Connectors for Power Automate

  • Experience developing on Azure services

  • Experience working with Azure DevOps and continuous integration

  • Dynamics or Power Platform certification from Microsoft

  • Familiarity with Dynamics Application Lifecycle Management, Solution Packaging and Continuous Integration

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $108,200 - $151,600 annually and  information on benefits offered is here..
