As part of our Marketing & Communications team, you’ll play a key role in helping Accenture Federal Services execute its strategy. You’ll work closely with our dedicated team of innovative marketing, media, and communications experts who focus on the following areas: integrated marketing, research and content development, content marketing, digital and social marketing, industry and client-centric marketing, events and sponsorships, people communications, media and industry analyst relations, corporate citizenship, and recruitment marketing. 

You are: 

A creative, innovative Marketing Manager who is responsible for marketing strategy, planning, and campaign development for an exciting new business portfolio serving the federal government.  All together, the Marketing programs are essential to helping the portfolio advance market positioning, growth priorities, client relationship building, community and culture, and candidate and people engagement – all orchestrated across touchpoints, activities, and channels. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Partner with the Portfolio business lead and sales lead to understand the business strategy, growth priorities, client missions and buyers and translate those priorities into highly relevant and engaging sector and client marketing campaigns and activities.

  • Design and activate integrated marketing campaigns to increase awareness, differentiation, and preference that help the Portfolio and client teams increase mindshare as well as deepen and expand relationships in priority growth areas

  • Curate the end-to-end client experience and orchestrate sector-relevant and buyer function-based campaigns to establish and strengthen client relationships.

  • Co-create campaigns and activities with go-to-market partners to bring campaigns and activities to life together with internal client account, sales, and capability stakeholders to ensure alignment with marketing activities.

  • Partner with the Recruiting Lead and Recruiting Marketing to jointly develop and execute recruiting marketing initiatives to support the Portfolio’s hiring goals

  • Infuse data-driven analysis across all activities, and measure and refine campaigns and activities against specified goals and measurements.

Qualifications

Here Is What You Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree or 7+ years of industry experience

  • Experience with marketing in a professional services, technology, or similar field

Bonus Points If:

  • Advanced Degree

  • 10+ years of industry experience

  • Government industry experience or exposure preferred

  • Experience with large matrixed organizations preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to plan, present, and execute marketing program implementation projects

  • Ability to navigate a complex environment and manage ambiguity and quick-turn expectations

  • Agile execution and proven excellence with the ability to navigate multiple processes

  • Excellent people engagement skills with a wide range of stakeholders

  • Strong storytelling and written communications as well as strong executive presence

  • Ability to serve as a marketing advisor to key business and account leaders, directing the right mix of marketing approaches and programs to achieve specific goals

  • Positive and collaborative work ethic 

  • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian

  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian

  • Comfortable proactively managing relationships with senior leadership and stakeholders as well as “rolling up your sleeves” in program management and execution

  • Experience setting and managing expectations of internal teams

  • Understanding of digital and industry trends

  • Proficient with analytics and adept at measuring and optimizing marketing programs

  • Professional services, technology, or similar marketing experience 

  • Expert project management skills

  • Familiarity with salesforce.com

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $115,100 - $163,899 and information on benefits offered is here.
