You Are:

A transformation maven with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your superpower Using your know-how, creativity, and analytical powers to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You’re as comfortable leading projects and teams as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions. Or you specialize in one or the other, our practice covers the functional & process side of SAP as well as the technical development & technical architecture. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game

The Work:


On your typical engagement, you will work across our Accenture and client developing the Technical roadmap supporting our client SAP and Cloud journeys. You will initiate the requirement gathering, developed proposed architecture, led the team to build landscape and support the deployment of the architecture. Liaise with client stakeholders and ecosystem partner to translate the technical solution for an integrated solution across both SAP and non-SAP systems.

  • Has deep technical knowledge across SAP, Cloud and Non-SAP helping our client transform how they approach building SAP Technical Architecture

  • Develop technical architecture for implementing Fiori, API led integration, BTP capabilities, and integrate with Cloud native capabilities.

  • Has led large SAP Technical team and performed SAP S/4 technical transformation or cloud migrations to public cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)

  • Develop strong relationships with clients and help on

  • Pitch in on helping on sales efforts, whether it is defining the solution or presenting it to the client

  • Perform as SAP basis expert with thorough understanding of the latest technology, tools, and architecture in SAP landscape

  • Identify, assesses and solves complex technology problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors

  • Assist in creating and modifying strategies, resolve problems and document issues and resolutions

  • Ability to communicate technical issues, plans and solutions from both a business perspective and a technical perspective providing pros and cons for recommended solutions

Qualifications

Here’s What You Need:

  • Minimum 2-3 SAP cloud migrations to public cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)

  • Minimum 7-8 years SAP Basis experience either cloud or on-premise

  • Minimum 4-5 full SAP Lifecycle Implementations as well as managing a team of technical SAP resources on or offshore

  • Minimum 5-6 years SAP HANA Basis experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience


Bonus Points If:

  • You’ve earned SAP S/4 Certifications

  • You have cloud certifications

  • You know SAP performance optimization

As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $119,880 - $190,099 and information on benefits offered is here
