You are:
A consulting expert in contract management transformation programs, especially within banking, capital markets, insurance, Life Sciences, Products, Communications and High tech or Software and Platform companies. You’re an experienced leader and strategic thinker who is excited about helping clients untangle complex problems and develop new solutions. You love big challenges and are ready for a new one.


The work:

  • Adapt existing client processes to solve new, complex challenges
  • Help clients modernize their finance and supply chain functions by consulting with internal and external teams to set strategy and goals
  • Collaborate with client and Accenture senior leadership and share your expertise in the decision-making process
  • Be a trusted advisor to clients and senior leadership, sharing your expertise in the decision-making process to ensure the best solution
  • Attract new business by creating thoughtful proposals and building strong client relationships
  • Take responsibility for new assignments by developing the strategy, setting the scope, designing action plans, and bringing in the right people to get the job done
  • Set strategic goals for your team, your group, and your clients
  • Manage teams and/or projects of 10+ individuals, onsite with client or within Accenture
  • Find Cloud ERP and EV solutions for clients that mitigate risks and reduce cost

Qualifications

Here’s what you need:

  • 8 years working in program management roles within your industry 5 years working in contract management platform creation, contract lifecycle management, or legal transformation programs
  • You’ve worked with technology vendors in the contract management area e.g. Icertis, Ariba, Coupa or Conga
  • Minimum 4 years of prior consulting experience in your industry
  • Bachelor’s degree

Bonus points if:

  • You know all about contract management platforms and or transformation programs
  • Have experience working with legal departments and or have a JD
  • You’ve got an MBA after your name or another type of advanced degree e.g, JD
  • As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $159,516-$288,500  and information on benefits offered is here.
