This is an opportunity to join one of the most dynamic Accenture Technology teams. This role would sit on a market wide solution architect team focused specifically on the Salesforce platform. The Salesforce Solution Architect will spend the bulk of their time driving solutions, including planning, defining scope, building estimates, assumptions and supporting architecture materials to ensure consistent, value-led solutions in support of sales pursuit. In addition to driving sales growth, the Salesforce Solution Architect will spend time supporting delivery engagements, ensuring proper transition of solutions and at times, supporting key delivery activities. Sitting between delivery and sales, the solution architect will also have opportunities to work with our innovation teams to design and develop delivery accelerators to support solutions.
Interprets and translates client requirements into a technology solution that can be configured from a standard set of offerings in the Salesforce ecosystem
Drives the definition of the Salesforce technology solution, shaping scope, services, estimates, and other factors to build-up costs to support pricing and proposals
Key member of the sales team representing the technology solution, and further often transitions to delivery to support the smooth transition of the solution from sales to delivery
Here Is What You Need:
Bachelors Degree or 5 years of equivalent industry experience
Experience in one of the following: project management, business analysis, or technology implementation in full life-cycle CRM engagements
Experience with Salesforce.com
Bonus Points If:
10+ years of industry experience
Multiple Salesforce certifications
Has proven experience implementing Salesforce across the end-to-end implementation lifecycle
Strong business analysis
Estimating Salesforce effort
Presentation and storytelling abilities are critical to excel in this role
Eagerness to learn and develop on an on-going basis
Ability to engage with Senior Clients (Senior Director/ VP level) in a business centric, business outcome-oriented dialogue. (E.g., How can one best leverage the Salesforce/ Vlocity platform to achieve desired business outcome(s))
Ability to articulate salesforce.com value proposition
Knowledge of Vlocity and other leading packages a plus
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Customer oriented and great at building client relationships
Desire to work in a dynamic work environment and be creative within a team
Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
Desire to mentor, teach, and help develop next generation of salsfroce.com practitioners
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Desire to work in an information systems environment
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Excellent leadership and management skills
