Job Description:
Clinical Innovation professionals develop and deliver business solutions for the Clinical Operations business service within Health; which includes, however, is not limited to, Care Management and Care Variation. A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:

  • Supports the development of sales strategies, with existing and new clients, to identify areas where Clinical Operations services can drive client value and establish/extend Accenture’s presence.

  • Uses a data-driven approach during the sales process to identify opportunities within the Clinical Operations practice and the value associated with them.

  • Is able to articulate the value of undertaking Clinical Operations projects as a top C-Suite priority; this is to be done on the sales side as well as throughout implementation.

  • Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

  • Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals.

  • Interacts with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach.

  • Has some latitude in decision-making. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.

  • Decisions have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility.

  • Manages large - medium-sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.

Our Michigan Health Provider Practice is seeking a leader that is passionate about building relationships and guiding Large Provider Systems transform their business. We are looking for a highly motivated Provider consultant with a history of working with the Michigan Provider Health system.

This role is heavily focused on maintaining and building strong client relationships leveraging your experience coupled with leveraging our extensive ecosystem, industry insight and working closely with new clients to grow our Michigan Provider Practice.

This role will also provide candidates with the opportunity to drive measurable outcomes for our clients, while working with a passionate team of professionals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree or 5 years of equivalent industry experience

  • Experience consulting in the Michigan Provider Health System

  • Experience with developing client relationship

  • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills

  • Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills (ability to handle multiple priorities and challenging situations)

  • Strong interpersonal and technical communication (written and oral) skills

  • Ability to both work in a team environment, while also have the ability to work independently with minimal direction; self-starter/self-motivated

  • Proven track record working with Michigan Provider executives solving business and/or technology solutions

  • Extensive understanding of the Provider Health System with  managing functions, strategy, and risk within a Health provider's large system

  • Ability to thrive in a flexible and versatile work environment supporting multiple provider health system in multiple locations


Preferred Skills:

  • Proven ability to work independently as well as with a team.

  • Good communication skills, both written and oral.

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $150,000 - $210,000  and information on benefits offered is here.
